The project, the Tallahassee Gameday Center, is located at the corner of College Avenue and Bronough Street as a component of the Kleman Plaza development in downtown Tallahassee. It included four levels of below-grade parking, one level of retail space, one level of office space, eight levels of condominiums and one level of penthouse condominiums. The units are a mix of sixty-one bedroom units, twenty-eight two bedroom units, twelve three bedroom units and four large penthouse units.
Overall, it is fifteen stories of poured-in-place concrete PSI structure with a precast veneer at the plaza level and a brick veneer for the remaining building façade. The scope of the project included all office and unit finishes and as well as the shell spaces for the first floor retail spaces. The building HVAC system utilized water sourced heat pumps with the primary cooling towers located on the roof.
