Our Story

People build buildings, not companies.

For nearly 100 years, Culpepper Construction Company has remained grounded in a simple belief established by our founder, Jack Culpepper: people build buildings – not companies.

A true industry visionary, Mr. Culpepper understood that lasting success is built on relationships. Guided by honesty, integrity, and mutual respect, he founded our company in 1932 with a heart for service and a commitment to doing things the right way—every time. Hard work, unwavering ethics, open communication, and uncompromising quality became the foundation upon which Culpepper was built.

More than nine decades later, those principles continue to guide us. While construction methods and technologies have evolved, our purpose has not. We remain deeply committed to our people, our clients, and the communities we serve – bringing passion to our work and intention to every decision.

Today, Culpepper is more than a builder of structures. We are teams of people creating meaningful experiences and shaping environments that inspire growth, connection, and lasting impact.

This is our legacy.
Welcome to Culpepper.
