The Nine at Tallahassee is a state-of-the-art student housing complex comprised of 104 apartment units, a 5-story parking garage, and several ground floor retail spaces.

Team Culpepper was honored to help bring an exciting new community of student apartments near FSU campus offering students the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and security. Rated as one of the best apartment features & resort-style community amenities in Tallahassee, all within walking distance to Doak Campbell Stadium and in the heart of the Florida State University campus.

The parking garage is precast and provides parking for every resident (438 spaces) within the complex. This premier student housing facility consists of four residential buildings, a clubhouse and retail space.  The apartment units are wood framed on top of a combination of concrete podiums and slabs on grade.   The veneer is a combination of brick, stucco, and wood siding. Amenities include a resort-style rooftop pool with ledge loungers and spa, rooftop grilling station and seating bar area, poolside jumbotron, private pool cabanas, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, mini-bowl social area, and study centers.
